Normally, I bemoan the standards of goalkeeping in the women's game - but there were some fine finishes here and the keeper doesn't appear to do much wrong. The Scottish defenders, however...blimey...how much room do they want to give the opposition???

Most of the Scotland team are part time and also had their 2 best players out injured so an expected result. Spain will be a more realistic test but England should cruise to the next round. With Germany in a state of transmission this could be the best chance Stef and the lionesses have had of winning a major title.

England should be looking at easing past Portugal and not having too much trouble against Spain if we want to go on and win the tournament. Pleasing to see us batter the Auld enemy when other teams in the tournament have so far struggled.

Just conceded v Portugal and missed out on becoming the first England side in any tournament to qualify from the group stages with 3 wins and 0 conceded. The win over Spain wasn't straightforward but comfortable enough really. Happy to see Fara Williams and Alex Greenwood get a game tonight. Both so good on the ball they easily stand out in the womens game. 10 changes tonight is always a risky move, though.

Risky but brave. England are there to win. Win or bust; second is as good as going out at the group stage, so resting players for the later rounds.

France are a very good side but look shaky so far; may be a good time to play them although I was hoping it would be the final.

Bit harsh, only had to touch the ball twice and dealt with it.

Bring on the Dutch. Danes will be tough to beat in the final.

What was her first touch? A punch or an attempted catch? She took a goal-kick that didn't reach the edge of the centre circle. It was only the defenders throwing their bodies on the line that saved things. Scary.

It was supposed to be a punch but god knows why she wasn't catching a ball in front of her face.

I actually think Chamberlain is a better keeper than Bardsley, and can't for the life of me figure out why Bardsley has been No.1 for so long. I think it was maybe just the pressure and nerves of coming on 15 minutes from the end that she had a few wobbly moments.

If we beat the Dutch then we surely will win the final. We'll have beaten our bogey team and the hosts - Germany were poor up front and the two Danish goals were terrible marking from crosses - Steph Houghton and Millie Bright will not be allowing any free headers from 6 yards out!

We have the best defence in the competition and the difference up front between any of the teams is Jodie Taylor who is undeniably the best striker at the competition. 6 shots, 5 goals, and none of them have been bundled over the line. If any of the losing quarter-finalists had a Jodie Taylor then they would have won - they create chances but don't have anyone to finish them. Most of the teams score like 1 goal in 7 or 8 shots. I think we only had one shot on target last night, that I remember, and we're through. As a team, to be fair, we've been clinical. We haven't created many really good chances since Scotland but when we have we've scored them.

Celtic are scraping through, however I am having a chuckle at the BBC Radio Scotland commentators getting worked up about how "outrageous it is Celtic are below the likes of Everton in the UEFA rankings".....

Chamberlain and Williams in. Normally I'd be happy with those two starting but after 4 wins I would prefer to keep the same starting 11. Hopefully Fara has a slightly better game than against Portugal.

In all seriousness, great clearance on to the post to deny an equaliser. England have responded well and attacking well later on I felt.

Terrible yellow for Bright, keeper turned into her and she gets a booking. And that was just the worst. Strong words have been shouted at the TV in the Shade household. If we come back out and just carry on we'll get at least one. Just hope the Dutch don't get any more though, eh.

Think Ellen White needs to go off, not done anything on the ball for a few games.

I'm afraid that, even though we should have had atbleast 2 pens, barring a miracle we have thrown this away. Holland have been the best side we've played but we've been poor. Barely got out of second gear since Scotland, tbh.
