Not much of a surprise after last season, I guess. Vlad tired of his toy a long time ago and it serves him right, really. A shame for the club and it's fans, though.

Its actually the liquidator of the bank that is selling the stadium, as the bank itself has also gone into administration.
As with a number of the worst cases, it appears the club has been living on money loaned by its owner.

With the assets of the club now controlled by an administrator in a foreign country, the best hope for Hearts is that they can find a new owner that can manage to buy it back.

Not entirely sure what your point is?

Unless of course your are trying to point out that the endemic cheating carried out by the establishment, within Scottish football over the last 20 years or so, is the cause of both these events. If so, I agree with you entirely.

Just been up to Edinburgh for a few days (a wonderful city - it really is), and our apartment overlooked Hibernian FC, so have developed a soft spot for Hibs. That said, the general state of Scottish football is abysmal.

Remember seeing a game at Easter Road in the very early 1990's: Hibs v Dundee Utd. Hibs were awful and Dundee Utd must have had 60% possession and had the majority of chances, it was still 0-0 in the last few seconds of the game and Hibs were awarded a dodgy penalty and won the game.
