Like Martin Allen, he is high risk. Such temperamental characters can bring about great successes as well as dismal failures. For Sunderland, it turned out to be a failure. However, don't rule out the prospect of him succeeding somewhere else.

Just 13 games in charge. Big pay off and probably get another job within 6/9 months on the manager merry-go-around. Easiest job to make millions even if you fail in your duties.
