Another one for everyone to get on their righteous...

Talk about other football teams at all levels. AND ANY Glos City related threads, even if talking about the groundsharing.

Do you really sing that?

Didn't Lucy Partington disappear not a goal kick from Whaddon Road?

Pathetic.

I am surprised you have brought up the subject of Fred West Neil, after all I believe she was the only one known to have disappeared in Cheltenham but how many were there in Gloucester.

It was Neil who mentioned Lucy Partington, I doubt many of the younger members of this forum would have known what Leo was referring to.

Thanks for that, Leo: I've had that little ditty running through my head all morning... And it wasn't 'cop', IIRC...

I once flicked through a book about football chants in Waterstones, Piccadilly.

Remarkably by chance, the page I randomly opened the book on was Cheltenham Town and the chant published was "they go looking for something to eat....[I won't repeat the rest]" with the caption below saying something like "probably the only football chant inspired by Fed West".
