...having won their league managed by Broughie they have declined to take promotion as they simply can't afford the additional expense ,mainly travelling and upgrading their ground. Such a shame for them,but a brave decision taken with their heads rather than their hearts.
Ex Robins duo Ethan Moore and Thomas close to joining Glos City evidently.

Yeah the chairman who's been there like 50 years has stepped down too. Sad, it would have been great to see them climb up again. Broughie is onwards and upwards. His 2 assistants have gone to Evesham

It is a shame yes. However I can also see why they have agreed to stay down also. Sounds like they want to get a sound firm foundation and build from that. Plus two big money ties against Hereford and Sailsbury. Some rival teams are saying they should be forced to go up but I have to ask why would you push another club towards extinction?
