No doubt some mug will come out with "he's a sore loser because he's a great winner/champion". No he's not, he's a bad winner as well. He's a self centred, arrogant, obnoxious prick. Always has been, always will be (as I've seen Man Utd fans saying Real Madrid have turned him into such when he was just as bad before).
Heard Guillem Balague (sp), Ronaldo's biographer, on 5Live on my way home last night saying that even when he was 16 he used to ask his teammates how much money they had made, and brag about how much he had made and therefore he was better than them.
