Whilst the top few tiers of European football have been involved in Euro 2016, for some of the amateur level leagues like Scotland the long road and dream to reach the Europa League first round has begun.

Hearts battled to a 2-1 win over Infonet of Estonia whilst Aberdeen needed two injury time goals to struggle past Luxembourg champions Fola Esch during the week. Both ties in the balance.

Don't forget the Champions League qualifiers on Tuesday as well. FC Lincoln of Gibraltar went down 2-1 at Flora, and New Saints won 2-1 at home against Tre Penne, who I believe are from San Marino. Second Legs next week...
