Come on United!

If Jose does it tonight, then England will have five teams in the Champions League next season, and none of them Arsenal!

Easy as expected. Ajax didn't even win the Dutch league and are a Championship level team at best.

I only watched the first five minutes. The quality was shocking, especially from Ajax. I don't know if it got any better but I heard Ajax dominated the ball but the scummers were in control, so I'm assuming not.

Indeed. Mourinho happy to sit back and let Ajax pass it around until they gave the ball back.

Personally, as someone who gets so frustrated when people uses possession stats as an indicator of who is the better team, it was a joy to see another trophy won by a team with only 31% possession.

Hopefully, people will start to realise that it is attacks, shots, and goals which win matches, rather than just having the ball and the possession-obsession will be relegated to history.

Good atmosphere in Stockholm, mainly due to our Dutch Friends.
But yes, 85% passing accuracy is easy when your two centre halves make more passes to each other than the total passing of the opposition
Too much tappy tappy, too little total football. That is why Ajax have lost the way, and United won
Still not home - will blog about it in a week or two
