Re: the consultation. If it was anything like the consultation event for our badge then it was more of an announcement and unveiling with no consultation in sight.

Apologies. BCR = Benefit Cost Ratio. One of the main ways of expressing CBA and force of habit from me to write it as I use it a lot in economic appraisals and evaluations.
