Tranmere v Boreham Wood, who do we want to come up?

Tranmere, as we have more chance of attracting Garrard in the Wood don’t make it. Though I suspect he will be in demand.

Not often you see non-league footy making the Jewish News:

Tranmere as I still haven't forgotten the brick throwing at BW in the Cup

Tranmere down to ten men inside a minute! But one nil up after six!

Eleven vs Ten evens it up for the Wood but surely Tranmere will still be too strong.

1-1! 45 mins for Garrard to bring about one of the shock non-League results of all time.

With Borehamwood’s ground just 6.5 miles from Barnet’s Hive, will we see Akinde and any other Bees who crave League over Park making the switch if the Wood complete the miracle?

Job done by the Wirralmen. Whole game with ten men and never looked like losing. Showing the difference between football league history and pub football.

Do we gamble and try and poach Garrard now, or risk a rival doing so?

What a dick Ridehaugh was though. Making that tackle less than a minute in.

Yup. Stupid. Still, maybe it was that which rattled the Woodmen and led to them being so subdued.

i know they are PT but I would question a manager that cant organise a side to beat a team down to ten men, no subs left on the pitch the size of Wembley. He didn't do anything to change the game at that stage, just looked very lost.

Players froze.

Plus, the Wembley pitch worked in Tranmere’s favour. Even with ten men, when it is Pro vs Park the part-timers will always struggle.
