CTFC vs Grimsby Town 26th November 2019 Away

Certainly a frustrating first half against a well organised Colchester side. Too slow from the back and midfield to our forwards. They scurried and hurried around, but without much effect. The change at half time brought a response, but again too slow to feed the 'new' forward line. Groans from me and those around when ever the ball was passed back or sideways when an accurate through ball may have seen one hurtle through on goal. MD has stated the ball didn't fall kindly in the box - could apply that both ways! Ruben Reid when fully match fit and sharp may well prove to be a handful; look forward to that.
Pas the only one to score; pie absent without leave....

I forgot to mention I thought the officials were pretty decent. The CF Lino was spot on with her decisions. Good to see for a change.

So to the sodden North [genuinely feel extremely sorry for the terrible time you are having re flooding; a horrible event to disrupt lives].I hope CTFC gets back to winning ways; but until we gel rather better a draw is the best I can hope for at this time. So 1-1 with Reid to open his account.

Two teams chasing an overdue win in their respective battles for survival and automatic promotion.

My heart says a Robins win with Reuben Reid to score however I will let my head decide my official prediction:

Home Win
Cod 1-0 CTFC
No Robins Goalscorer

As I said in my original prediction before the postponements, it's time to re-make the Cod our bitches. I have a feeling tonight will be a glorious night:

GTFC 0-3 CTFC
Tozer

(sorry everyone, that pretty much condemns us to defeat...)
