I can confirm this is a legitimate offer and for $5 (£3.33) have managed to pick up all these games.
Sadly, Origin takes a while for the downloads, but Steam is pretty quick.

Humble Bundle is always handy to keep an eye on, can usually grab some tremendous deals on there. There's also the weekly bundle which includes Thomas Was Alone and Amnesia: A Dark Descent which are two good game, I've not played the other 3.
