Amazing images in my head of a couple of stiff-upper-lipped toffs playing golf during a bombing raid. Like some kind of video game - Tiger Woods: Apocalypse 2014. Taking shots out of very newly created bunkers and taking putts with bombs exploding several hundred yards away.
