Bet whoever made that was well chuffed with their Windows 95 Word Art skills.
Mac's got it figured out.
Just watched a piece on Sky News about how many 100's of judges, lawyers, linguists etc work in the Euro Courts of Justice and how much money is spent on that one thing alone. I would vote out just for that.. everything converted into 24 languages

I am leaning more to Remain I think.
The economic arguments are just estimates from either side and the policy arguments are non-existent. So hard to make an informed decision either way.
It is the campaign of division and hate from Farrage and other Leavers which has persuaded me. I cannot bring myself to support such an unsavoury agenda.
The electorate said No to the campaign of division and hate from Goldsmith in London, and it will be a proud day for Britain if the same happens during the next 48 hours.

Well there is a surprise.RegencyCheltenhamSpa wrote:I am leaning more to Remain I think.
The global elite (rich; powerful and psychotic white men) want full control of global issues. We have been warned by free thinkers for centuries. A NEW WORLD ORDER ... Sprend the fear and they will worship and bow to us!
Thanks to a series of interlocking treaties and international agreements, the governance of this planet is increasingly becoming globalized and centralized, but most people don't seem alarmed by this at all.
EU is continuously expanding faster than ever...provoking Russia and heading towards another Cold War.
The ultimate goal is for the entire world to become a "single market" with uniform laws, rules and regulations.
EU agreement of TTIP is a treaty that undermines safety regulations and standards, allowing our shops to be filled with dodgy and possibly genetically modified produce from the United States.
It opens up all public services to private-sector “investment” — ie takeovers.

Have you ever noticed how almost all science fiction books and films focus on the macro rather than the micro? Romulans from Romulus Prime might attack Earth - they don't have a chat with the Arabs and then just attack America. In pretty much every vision of the future, the World has come together and is one single 'nation' rather than spending their time fighting each other in civil war. One World or constant in-fighting over borders, ethnicity, etc? Hmm... Imagine it...this planet has the ability to feed and provide resources to the entire population ten times over, room enough to expand for a thousand years - but we can't, simply due to national NIMBY-ism. No, far better to let a third of the plant's population starve in poverty while the rich get richer and...OMG!...I'VE CAUGHT SOCIALISM! GET IT OFF ME! NOOOooooooooooo...............
I do find your film theory intriguing. In nearly every film where the world has 'come together', where it doesn't involve us being attacked by aliens, we haven't had a zombie apocalypse (or any other apocalypse), or saved by the Yanks, it's some kind of dystopian nightmare, run by the most corrupt regime's ever seen (immediately springing to mind - I, Robot, Aeon Flux, Equilibrium, Oblivion, Minority Report, Blade Runner, Total Recall, The Running Man, The Hunger Games, Divergent). So, if your point is that we can't mistake peoples' outlandish storytelling for fact then you are very rightasl wrote:Have you ever noticed how almost all science fiction books and films focus on the macro rather than the micro? Some good old Leninist-protectionism from Malabus there! The lefty-loony!
Plus some nice copying and pasting, unless Malabus has himself abandoned British cultural values and has adopted the Americanised spelling of 'globalised' and 'specialised'. The traitor!
As for TTIP - the UK are the most keen, and the current UK government are amongst the most keen on selling off public services of any in the world!
