Councils around the Bristol area have voted on the devolution deal offered by the Treasury which will see the Mayor have jurisdiction not just over the Bristol City Council Local Authority area but also North Somerset, Bath and North East Somerset, and South Gloucestershire.
If implemented I wonder what the future is for Cheltenham and Gloucester?
