Not sure too many health conscious tourists visit to take the waters any more.

Also good to see the county is leading the way with Grammar school expansion. Could the two be linked?

I have a few friends whose family moved to Cheltenham purely for Tommies/Pates. Some of their parents used to commute to London or Hampshire or wherever so an inconvenience for them, but access to good schools more important.

School premium on house prices nothing new.
