What’s your point, RCS?
We are a European nation that has historically traded with Europe and the world.
Would you be happier if the Chinese made our passports.
When we leave the vile EU, we are still a European trading nation with complete control.

Some people think that leaving the EU is the UK turning its back on the world. Unfortunately, people on both sides of the debate seem to think this. And then, of course, there are the complete f#!$ wits who think us leaving the EU is us physically leaving Europe, and it concerns me that those people are allowed to vote for anything.

I believe that we haven't actually left the EU and so therefore we still have to abide the rules including blind tendering. However once we have left then we cam make our own rules.
If I were in government purchasing, I would have done the usual tactic of delaying a decision as they seem to specialise in this subject.
