I believe that you cannot copyright a person's name or commonly used words. She just needs to add her surname and the problem is solved.
To avoid confusion companies often add their location as, say, John Smith (Cheltenham) Ltd or John Smith (Gloucester) Ltd. Orange cannot trademark their name as it is a common word.
