I believe that you cannot copyright a person's name or commonly used words. She just needs to add her surname and the problem is solved.

To avoid confusion companies often add their location as, say, John Smith (Cheltenham) Ltd or John Smith (Gloucester) Ltd. Orange cannot trademark their name as it is a common word.

I once read that the actress and model Cindy Crawford tried to sue a porn star that also went by the name Cindy Crawford. She failed as it was the porn star's real name :lol:

I am hoping beyond home, that in time, that image will fade from my mind
