How long until Boris resigns?

Will it be today following his humiliation in the Supreme Court?

It will be when the next General Election returns a hung parliament after he has already missed his own do-or-die 31st October deadline and backtracked on his promise to die in a ditch.

I know some very nice ditches I could point him towards. Alex Chalk will surely have to resign as he said a couple of weeks ago his red line would be if the government had broken the law.
