Tried to book tickets for a group of online twice yesterday only to observe on the online ticket shop seat plan that the vast majority of seats were showing as pre-sold in both the Colin Farmer stand and the main stand. As a result half of our group didn't bother, but I comforted myself that at least there would be a big crowd there.
So I turn up today and the place is virtually empty in both stands and it turns out our group could've pretty much sat where we liked - which is very annoying!
What the hell happened???
For the record I looked at the ticket site at 4.30pm and 11.30pm and both stands were showing only odd tickets here and there. I wonder how many others were put off coming from not being able to buy decent seats together. Did anyone else observe this yesterday?
