CTFC vs Port Vale Home 10 FEb 2018
Watched that ridiculous game with the oval ball whilst waiting for Arsenal and Everton to start on my large screen – Bt sport on my mini phone. If that wasn’t dire enough the stats from Grimsby made it worse. I gather Halliwell’s square and round peg comments surfaced as is often seen on our forum. So a draw was the best we could manage. Must admit, whilst the distance travelled makes it tricky so a point was worth having, the season does seem to be petering out with a whimper. Unlike our green neighbours who are having a new lease of life![or at least loanees making a real difference]. So to next week at Home verses Port Vale. I would like to think this was a game that will enthuse our fans; however reality dictates that we will be lucky to scrape a draw; so 1-1 with Dawson to score as it’s more likely a midfield or defence player will find the net rather than our forward line. Only three scorers, with pas 10 and OTC and Red Duke 5; Cliffy still awol. Over to you predictors.

Losing faith and interest with this season. Think this will be our awful run of form.. especially if we cant beat literally the two worst teams in the league (bottom of the league straight into bottom of the form table)
