CTFC vs Lincoln City Away 13th Feb 2018

Didn’t expect that…..so pleased for Eisa and the team… a decent home win which keep ‘us’ happy for a few days at least. We are really a selection of doubting Thomas’s! Come back Cliffy90 all is forgiven… plus Commiserations to OTC who I hope didn’t get too far pass the border to that bleak wet country only to turn back! So to the Cathedral city of Lincoln; a draw on the cards; with Eisa to score. [League will be posted after next Saturday]

I'm glad someone has pointed out my error - 1-1 it will be! Phew....just in time! [posted @ 7.12pm...

2-2 draw.

Mo Eisa scoring.

Cathedral illuminated in golden splendour over the crisp night sky in one of the architectural and historical highlights of the season.

..........[which it's why I wish it was a sat either early or late in on in the season. A decent away wkend!]

Re: the admin/Rich’s comment about a weekend. Went for the Christmas market in 2016, by far the best in U.K. and best I have seen outside Germany. Shame they aren’t allowed to play home games on market weekend due to road closures and general town centre overcrowding otherwise it would be a decent winter weekend match too.

Is that a 1-1 draw you're predicting?

I'll go for a 2-0 defeat and hope that I get it wrong again. No scorer.

Got to Newport in plenty of time to watch game. Paid the £5.60 poll to enter Wales and as I turn up at ground the staff said game had been abandoned 15 minutes earlier.
Nevertheless I did have an excellent meal there.

Lincoln 2-0 Cheltenham
Eisa

0/5/0=5 Presumably Eisa's was an own goal! Hope you billed Newport and the ref's for the toll! Good result for you!
