Richard Joyce is a pretty good interviewer, but working for the club he can't ask any probing questions and this was as near to a non-interview that one can get.

An interview by a club employee to another club employee on the official club channel is never going to be a probing awkward question fest, that's a journalist's and non affiliated club professional job.
