Joe Worral (Forest?). Keifer Moore, Bournemouth.
Ex loanee Lawson D'Ath released by Yeovil after helping Mark Coopers Glovers to relegation from NL.
Championship to NLS is a bit of a drop.
Torquay meanwhile are hoping that Southend go bust and get a reprieve. Their 18th winding up petition in 25 years under owner Ron Martin.

Neither of those two ever played for CTFC.
Can’t think of anyone else who played in the top flight after a loan with us apart from the other few names previously mentioned.
Might have been one or two who played in the top division in other countries though?

Luke Garbutt, Chris Iwelumo and Karl Henry all went on to play in the Premier League some after we had them on loan.
McCann made Prem appearances after his first loan spell and before his second loan spell, so technically could be counted?

We did have Luke McCullough on loan from United.Benny Profane wrote:............Elijah Adebayo looking classy for Luton in the play-off semi tonight.
Would be nice to see an ex-loanee in the Prem (as I don't think Butland will get his gloves dirty at United).
And talking of which, is Jack the only professional footballer to be able to describe themselves as 'Former Cheltenham Town & Manchester United star'?
His only appearance for us coming on as a sub against Aldershot, and he failed to make the United team.

Daniel O'Shaughnessy played in the top divisions of Denmark and Finland. Currently in Bundesliga 2 with Karlsruhe.Fuller wrote: Might have been one or two who played in the top division in other countries though?
Yuri Berchiche was the spurs player, now at Atletico Bilbao.Fuller wrote:Just thinking, wasn’t there an Icelandic player from West Ham on loan here who played in the top tier somewhere?
Also a lad from Spurs, surname began with B who played in the top flight on the continent, he did very well?
The Islandic player we had on loan from West Ham was Hólmar Örn Eyjólfsson.

Thought we'd had these two early on as young loanees. Should've checked. Apologies.

Dan N'Lundulu played in the Prem before he came on loan to us, not sure if he will play again after being on loan with us so we may want to keep quiet about this one!!
I was surprised to see Stewart`s shirt on display in the Liverpool museum at Anfield
Really rated him. I believe he injured his knee which ended his career, or at least put him into the non-league scene.Si Robin wrote:Matt Thornhill.
Left Forest in 2011 and played for Hibs.

I would. Good competition in the squad and experienced but we’d still need to replace Broom.

The sprout Winchester leaves Sunderland. Will he be Moore’s first permanent signing at Shrewsbury where he has been on loan?

Cheers Si, I did mean Josh
Who was that other young Hammer we had on loan under Gary Johnson? I think his name was Alex and I vaguely recall GJ saying his loan signing was a bit of a coup for us
EDIT - it was Alex Pike who quit football to work in the City of London. after his West Ham release

The Tigers’ Twitter admin was on top form for this one:
“The Wright Choice!
We're making it a hattrick of signings today as we announce the signing of Danny Wright!
Despite inexplicable gaps on his CV between 2013-2014 and also 2015-2018, Gloucester resident Danny brings a wealth of experience to City, as well as goals. #GCAFC
As part of his signing, Danny has agreed to undergo geography lessons confirming that Cheltenhamshire does not, and has never existed. #GCAFC“

Wrighty joined by Joe Hanks who returns to City. Shows the benefit to non-league teams of having an established league side with a decent academy on the doorstep.
