Hurrah football!

Feels like a big old hole in that attacking midfield space. Hopefully Thomas can get some minutes and not as LWB

Hopefully that's 3 at the back and not Bennett playing CM.

f#!$ Bennett straight back in. Midfield or defence, it's not good for different reasons. Boos at HT again is my prediction, and cheers when he's hooked for Thomas on the hour.

Thought Taylor was meant to be fit? Not in the squad.

The low IQ Witshire's are crowded behind the goal, pulling on the net already. What is it about goalnetting that fascinates dimwits so much?

Bit of a hamstring niggle, not worth risking, apparently.

"Sloppy by Stubbs" bit of a theme with him

Another two soft goals given away by us. Pitiful. We’ve had the ball in the Swindon box several times but just don’t have the talent to finish off the chances.

Never felt more disconnected to the club as I do right now. Nothing to suggest performances will improve, only 3 wins none of which were deserved and all down to last minute goals, without which we'd be more or less bottom 2. It's an absolute shitshow and it starts with Flynn who seems more concerned with talking about his former clubs Swindon/Newport/Walsall than with sorting out the mess we're in. Get rid of him tonight and let's start again before it's too late.

Don’t think I’ve ever seen a worse defence at Cheltenham than we have now. Absolute amateurs.

I think we should get rid of MF. He's done nothing at all for me and I have less enthusiasm for this team than I did during the long run without a goal, last season. At least WE had some credit in the bank following guiding us to our second-highest ever finish the season before and I always thought there was a chance he could turn it around. I do not have that same hope with MF.

(Watching on the TV due to work).

My genius knows no limits.

As soon as we nearly conceded a shambolic own goal, I knew we'd be at least one down within a few minutes. No confidence and the resilience of a wet paper bag.

More garbage and no indication that we’re making any progress. Max 4 more games for Flynn at this rate.

4?! :(

I wouldn't mind as much if we had a bunch of youngsters out there getting experience but we have 4 30+ who are only gonna get worse.

What the Hell do we do at the training ground every week? Shooting practice wouldn’t go amiss!

Can't think why, we hired a great defence coach

Flynn has to go today. I don’t normally call it this soon but he’s got to go for the good of the club.

Agreed. Not all on him as we have this weird situation with Johnson but he’s completely clueless.

Who would you hire as a replacement?

Wouldn’t take much to find an improvement. Clear that Flynn doesn’t have it.

Exactly. I'm just worried that's bought him some extra time.

Two Sunday morning pub teams, one a little less hungover than the other. Dreadful.

As much as Flynn has done nothing to inspire me, sacking him is not the answer. We are simply woefully lacking in quality. Our defence was shambolic, the first goal was just dreadful communication between the defence and keeper who was caught in no man’s land.

All our problems stem from the board selling off all our players and wasting money on bringing back Johnson and Downes. Tell me one positive thing either of them have brought to the club this season. The recruitment has been substandard and the defensive is dreadful.

That's not his or any of our jobs. Point is Flynn has been a disaster and shows no sign of improvement. Are you happy sleepwalking towards non-league just because there isn't an 'obvious' candidate to replace him?

I don’t know enough about lower league managers. That’s not my area of expertise. Luckily I wouldn’t be responsible for it but hoping that “oh no but then we have to think of somebody else” doesn’t come in to the board’s thought process. No room for laziness and cowardice or we’ll be back in the national league.
