I still remember when he shouted up to a muppet in the In2P "shut your mouth up there". Classic and always wished him well since.

I recall that. I think it was after, astonishingly, he had been handed the captain's armband following a sub. Cotts didn't make many mistakes, but McAuley was one.

I can vaguely remember Derek Payne being a bit of a nutter if I remember rightly he looked a bit like Fred West's twin brother
