I will have a look tomorrow.
I must admit I was very disappointed at not to be able to find a pie and mash shop near Upton Park but if I had found one they would probably have only used hallal meat.

Used to go to a lovely pie and mash gaff in Shepherds Bush, well, Goldhawk Road.

Remember the first time I went there when new to the smoke. My cockney mate liked the horses but didn't know much, and it was Queen Mum's day 2004 - I convinced him to back a very old Flagship Uberalles at high-odds each way in the bookiers opposite the pie shop, as a former winner and Cheltenham legend. A great second place at 14/1.

Proper pie shop as well - only forks and spoons available, no knives.

Yes but not in Newport or Glasgow. But I always buy a zone 1-6 railcard when I am in London and that is valid on trains, the tube, buses and even ferries, it is a bit like an oyster card, which I also have, but that does not understand why someone might want to stand on platform 6 at London Bridge station for a couple of hours.
