Always worth a re-run of John Sitton's motivational speeches from 20 years or so ago when he managed the Orient from youtube :

Search on youtube "John sitton half time rant v Brentford" and "John sitton half time gee up 2" (sorry don't know how to do links)

Sure none of our recent managers adopted this style.
