Well at the moment, the maximum amount of points FGR can get is 110 (14 games left, currently on 68 points) Grimsby's max is 106 (17 games left, currently on 55).
So currently our target is 111 points, and the more points FGR and Grimsby drop, the lower that points total will go.

Ten wins needed.
Be great to win it at Guiseley. Take hundreds up there and make it a celebratory away day.

I have no idea which is our final away game. Just thought that it would be nice to win at Guiseley, a nice little ground where we could outnumber the home fans if it is a game where we could clinch it.Robin wrote:Is Macclesfield not our final away game? Would think we would take 1500+ up the M6 if we can clinch the title but we are getting ahead of ourselves we have not made the play offs yet.

Any advance on that?? Maybe a mid-season prediction competition?
I wouldn't accept 94 points. That for me is a runner up place
The Grimsby Fishy Forum has a link to a prediction site which is quite neat. Sadly my first forecast placed us in third with 93 points! I ran it again with a tad more optimism and we won it with 99, but only just!
