El Glossico in the Stroud valley ended up at stalemate; a soft goal according to the commentators gave away a possibly deserved first victory. A few of us correctly saw the beginnings of a renaissance on the horizon with a draw; with no one seeing Barnett as the goal scorer. A welcome home game next week; ignoring the ‘whatever thingy’ Tues, but hoping no-one joins the crocked list; I’ll go for an optimistic home win 2-1, with Varney to score first.
