I think there were 50k of add ons taking the fee up to a massive 300k.
Not sure if promotion or goals scored were part of that though.
£300k (just) for a striker that's scored 20+ (league) goals in the last three seasons.

Omari Sterling-James starts for St Kitts and Nevis against San Marino in an international friendly tonight. Live now on Viaplay Sports 1 for anyone interested
Met a Donny Rovers fan tonight. He told me they were 20th 9 games ago. 9 wins in a row and they’re 8th, with a shout of the playoffs. Good going Grant McCann

A return for Mr Duff, I wonder. Barnsley a much better fit for him than Swansea
Doubtful - he's not well liked because of the way he left in the summer.
He's still well liked here - about the only place! Maybe he's done with commuting and fancies another stint after DC inevitably leaves in a few weeks...
Tavon Campbell and Joss Labadie in the Solihull Moors side that beat Halifax (who included Luke Summerfield) 4-2 in the first of the National League play offs tonight.

Amazed to discover that Summerfield was only 23/24 years old in his season here - he looked about 30 back then, thought there's no way he could still be playing now!!

always struck me as someone who would have fitted in to Melchester Rovers and be called Alfie, or similar

10 wins out of 10 and 5th in L2 now. 1 defeat and 13 wins in the last 16.
Grant McCann a true Robins great. Really nice bloke too. Sat with him at an end of season dinner 20 years ago.
One of the few good things Bobby Gould did during his time here was getting his permanent signing over the line from WHU.
Best wishes Grant and hope to see you at Whaddon Road in League One next season.
