Looks like Elkan Baggott joining Blackpool on loan.
Think that's what he'll claim, but he'd just passed the ref so difficult to say that.
Could get a hefty suspension if things go against him.
I see Diego De Girolamo is still at Buxton. Was sub in this farce at Scunthorpe yesterday.

He played eight games for us in 2017, scoring a hat trick in an EFL Trophy match.

Looks like Christian Norton is the only released player still without a club now then.
Indeed, was my favourite player from our title winning side. Good luck to him. Seems like a bit of an odd time to retire though, a month into the season at a new club - has he picked up an injury? Watched him in the play-offs at the end of last season and he seemed more than capable in League 2 still.
His statement says an opportunity outside of football has appeared. He was at university when with us, but I don't recall what he was studying.
In any case, I wish him all the best. Seems we were the only club to ever really get a decent tune out of him for a sustained period.

Yeah from memory he had his fingers lined up with a few pies with retirement in mind. Something about a local shopping app a couple of years ago as well? Or was that someone else.Si Robin wrote: ↑13 Sep 2023, 14:08 His statement says an opportunity outside of football has appeared. I believe he was studying sports journalism? May be wrong. He did also have his shop app which was designed to bring towns/cities closer to customers with offers etc.
Best of luck to him, will always be that man that secured us the L2 title.

He’s the type of player who might look good in a team flying high who can make do with ten men off the ball.
If he fails in L1 next season again maybe we’ll give him another chance in L2, which seems to be his level.
Huss on his new role at the PFA.
Has worked hard to be the best version of himself he can be.

A decent chance they’ll be just one league below us next season.

Shaun MacDonald made his first start for Exeter the other night in The Pizza Cup against Arsenal U21s.
They lost 5-0 so possibly the only ex-CTFC player who had a worse night on Tuesday than the current lot.

Since crowleys return to the efl 1st Jan
33 games 7 goals and 6 assists
Keena 31 games 6 goals 3 assits since he signed
Bonds 74 games 3 goals 2 assists since he signed
Crowley by both Morecambe and now Notts County play him just behind the front 2. County fans rate him highly and a great chance unfortunately we will be swapping leagues
