An excellent forum which worked very well indeed (for the most part!).

A few points that arose:

- Duffo has a nice gaff.
- Capital investments have been moved to the medium to long term as a result of COVID, although they might start to look to update the technology (in respect of cash to card payments at turnstiles, e.g.).
- Discussions are being had as to whether funds will be available in January. Duff is not looking for any particular position but is always looking to improve the team.
- Duff considers that the club needs to be producing one or two players a year into the first team, or sign players with a high re-sale value in order to build the foundations for a League One club - a challenge that every other club is seeking to win.
- Mental health is taken seriously at the club and great efforts were made to ensure that players were looked after during the first lockdown in particular.
- Ifollow questions to be resolved over the coming days/weeks.
- Cheltenham in a better financial position than most following COVID, but it will make a significant loss this year.
