Good riddance. He’s up there with Steve Evans for vile creatures.

18 months seems quite lenient.

I'm not sure Steve Evans is in the same league though.

That should be him done for life, guilty of 12 charges of racist abuse!! He's not going to change.

Why are the FA so hesitant to make a proper stand on racism?

Will he be employable after he's served his ban? You'd like to think not.

Someone will employ him, guaranteed. Like the FA certain people/organizations turn a blind eye to racism.

If they banned him for life he’d probably sue them for restriction of trade as managing is his main income.

Don't mind the racist bit then, get another job in a different area of work.

You’re probably right.

Like when a killer drunk/speeding driver kills whilst already temporarily banned from driving but isn’t given a longer term or lifetime ban because they ‘drive for a living’. I mean, that’s the point of the punishment… should have thought about that before doing it again! And surely it’s even more important to ban them then as they are more dangerous than someone who only drives occasionally!

Given Luke McCormick played 200 odd games after causing the deaths of two children I reckon Yems will be alright.

Harsh, let's hope for common sense the appeal is a success.

He'll be 66 by the time his ban is over and hopefully nobody will be interested in him by then anyway. He's not exactly Woy.

Sadly there will be plenty of clubs who turn a blind eye to this sort of thing, look at the independent panel that proposed the initial ban for starters.
