Scott Tallis.
Mr Tallis was promoted to the EFL this season so is a newby. His first L1 game ever was Peterborough v Orient in September. He has never refereed a Cheltenham, or indeed a Reading, game before.
He has officiated in Gloucestershire, taking charge of FGR's home draw with Grimsby last month. Yeah, tenuous I know.
