Welcome Ian. Strap yourself in, because there’s rarely a dull moment at Whaddon Road.
At least DC has some help because he is going to need it until the end of the season. Hope whilst not in a job IB was taking in lots of games. Got a pro licence. Not that is a guarantee of success.
We shall soon see what impact he and the current situation ie upheaval has on the team performances in the coming months.
Massive game Saturday. We all know how football can turn one way or other so quickly. Need to keep the momentum going for as long as possible.

Obvious risk of him following a similar route to the last one, given his experience as a no. 1, but hoping we benefit from him in the meantime.
Welcome.
Welcome.
Now confirmed by the club. Good little interview on the website. Good vibes.

Must admit that is my concern or that D.C. goes and he becomes no 1. We need a period of stability on and off the pitch.
There are two ways of bringing about change in an organisation.
There is the Troy Deeney approach, who slags everyone off and makes a big fuss about how he wants to change stuff.
Then there are skilled managers who let people know what’s expected and, if they leave, replace them with better people. Without anyone noticing the organisation suddenly improves.
If only there was a way of charting that improvement!?! Like league position, league status, average crowd, profit/loss sheets

Tbh, DC will go when he decides to go, meaning that IB stepping up would boost stability/continuity, not harm it, no?
And just because Elliott didn't work out when stepping up, it doesn't mean that IB wouldn't, should he impress and be offered the gig.
But maybe I'm getting a little bit ahead of myself
True, anyone that could get that tune out of our U21's knows his onionsWellwisher wrote: ↑18 Jan 2024, 22:34From his time at NI, both U-21's and Seniors, he was "one of the good guys", so I wouldn't have any worries on that score.
