Any one want to have a guess whos leaving and for how much

The hope would be Olayinka, given he's not getting anywhere near the squad.
If JP is expecting new faces then that hopefully means deals are on the verge of being done and we're not scrambling. It instills a degree of confidence, rather than just hope.

The man handling the transfers then is now our head of recruitment too
The only players we know have been watched in the past few months are Bonds and Ferry… but you’re right, I don’t remember hearing any scouts coming to check out a Goodwin before that happened

Curtis Thompson signing for Grimsby says JP.

Wants to be starting on a more regular basis, good on him, could have stayed and taken a wage sitting on the bench but wants to play. All the best if it goes through.
I wonder if someone from Grimsby coming the other way. Curtis to sweeten the deal. Pure speculation on my part. This move by Curtis may free up another incoming.
Have mentioned Donovan Wilson at Grimsby before. Played for DC and wiki showing 5 goals in 10 appearances. 26yrs and a Yate boy....so as local as we can get in this transfer window!!!

Not the most inspiring signing... news that we're after two forwards is pleasing though.

Bit of an odd one this for me and makes me think Bradbury's injury maybe quite serious otherwise why bring in someone for just two games whilst Lewis sits on the naughty step. Also, doesn't fit the experience profile we were told we were going for having only 13 appearances this season following a move from tier 8.
Also seems odd from Barnsley's point of view in that he has apparently started the last four games for them, guess they must have an incoming signing.
Still, hope it comes off and that we get the two forwards over the line too.

Looks like the bogus Irish player claim has vanished.
Butler-Oyedeji has returned to Arsenal.
Before you say it, Robin, we all already know what you think of him
I guess we must be confident of getting these attackers in, as that currently leaves Lloyd and Keena as the only attackers (if Street is indeed injured for a while).

Would rather Kingy come on for the last 10 and have a go than NBO. Couldn’t offer any less and would be to the longer term benefit of the club.
I was taking attacking reinforcements as a striker, singular, but I am a pessimist.
We started the day needing a minimum of 3 forward additions and we’re on -1 (plus a defender) at 3.30pm

Can’t see any benefit to the Barnsley loan signing, surely between the defenders we have available Freestones position could be coveted for two games either by a right sided pls or by switching to a four. I would think he will be lucky to make the match day squad when Bradbury fit and Freestone not suspended.

Yes, a bit risky playing two inexperienced loanees either side of Curtis Davies.
Andy Smith looked understandably a little nervous last week.

Well, maybe Bradbury's injury is worse than thought as well. Or DC has gone right off him after his game-costing mistake at Bolton.

Or maybe Freestone is leaving?
He's said two or three more in addition to Shepherd.
