Started okay, but lost the ‘away’ commentary feed. It’s not a BBC Glos problem - they are fine on DAB radio.

Home commentary working on iFollow but away commentary now only has crowd noises.

Why do we pay this lot?!

iFollow desperately needs a “report a problem” button. I bet someone accidentally pulled out a cable, and they don’t realise.

Is there a phone number to report problems real-time?

Better without commentary, listening to the crowd and Clarke shouting instructions instead

Okay, so there’s an argument that iFollow should offer 3 options for commentary (Home, Away, None) but that’s a separate issue.

There’s a technical problem right now, and probably they don’t even realise.

It's not a problem as far as most of us are concerned, obviously

I emailed them a couple of minutes ago. Wish I’d thought of doing that sooner.

The auto reply suggested I report problems via the chat bubble at the bottom right of the website. But I was using the app in my iPad, so not an option for me.

Whenever there is a problem with the commentary feed, I always contact Radio Glos through Twatter. It often solves the problem.
