Frustrating with our striker injury situation surely we should have been after a deal like this?

As DC says, CTFC don't have a huge budget ( can't compete with some of the larger clubs in L1) so what you get here is a chance to prove yourself, time on the pitch, and if you do well, a big-money move to a club higher up the league.

We can offer wages, but the players actually want to have to come here over places such as Charlton, Bolton and Derby...
