Positive news, the shop and the online version definitely need freshening up a bit. I popped in to buy a new mug before the Port Vale game (broke my "Champions" one - bad omen?) and it looked like the same old stuff that they've had in there for years..
I feel we are almost non-league in what we offer within this space and whilst I do not know this provider it sounds like it's much needed and overdue to get us to where we need to be.

I've no idea if you're correct, but can you give us all examples of what the club should be doing.

My local village club have almost as extensive a range of merchandise than CTFC offer! A quick look at the online shop of say Cambridge United shows a range of products way above what we currently offer so I guess that is what we should be aiming for?

We popped into the Exeter City club shop when we went there last September. It is like comparing a corner shop with Waitrose. Better quality, better range, more variety, more availability. It really opened my eyes. And Exeter aren't massively bigger than us. Definitely comparable.
