Referee for Peterborough

Ben Toner takes charge of his first Cheltenham game since last August's mad game at Fratton park when he lost two of his assistants to injury and a Pompey fan had to run the line for the final 20 minutes.

His previous game with Cheltenham was also against Pompey, a 2-0 home defeat in 2022.

In a slightly macabre coincidence, Toner officiated the 1-1 draw at Crewe back in 2021 - our first game back in League One. Will he be taking charge of one of our last?

I'm guessing he was completely fair, let things go, one of the best we've seen, etc...?

He gave a hell of a lot of soft free kicks, mostly to them. But nothing too outrageous
