Thomas Must Not Start

I feel like this needs writing in big letters and underlining - with all the injuries we don’t have much in the way of game changers or a change of style/pace off the bench. We have to keep Thomas fresh to come on later and add a new dimension, worry the other defence if we need a goal or stretch the game if we’re (ha) trying to protect a lead. Last night Burton burned through subs to try and neutralise Thomas and unbalanced the side in the process. We should have gotten a point (or three) out of Exeter failing to adapt to his extra pace.

He’s at his most effective against tired legs - if we start him and it’s not working, our plan B is… lump it to Big Nuts and hope.
