Brilliant effort tonight boys!
So obviously we need to win on Saturday. If that happens and Cambridge lose - we stay up!
If we win and Burton draw - we stay up!
Just need the boys to turn up and put in one more shift… if we win and it’s still not enough then so be it.
See you at Stevenage!

In order to aid the aforementioned miracle, I'm going to continue to be extremely pessimistic and not watch on Saturday (how I wish the kick off times hadn't been moved).

1400 allocation which can be extended to 2000 if needed. Plenty to go around.
Unfortunately, not really practical by train. You’d need to leave on the 0719 out of Cheltenham and make three changes. So, coach or car it is.

Planes, trains and automobiles - whatever it takes to get there!
Not quite, @Triggo…
A Cheltenham win is necessary (but not sufficient) to avoid relegation.
We also need:
Cambridge to lose;
OR
Burton to lose or draw.
No need to worry about goal difference, provided the results go the way we need, our goal difference will be sufficient to survive.

Similar plan myself. Am taking in a visit to Bletchley on Friday before heading on to the match on Saturday
Hopefully we can put in last nights performance again and Stevenage put in the same performance as they did vs Oxford (minus the scoreline obviously)

Also, once more tickets do go on sale, worth being aware that Stevenage’s definition of “Adult” is age 18 - 59. This means that “Senior” tickets are available for anyone age 60 or over (not 65, as at most other clubs including CTFC).
It’s only £2 cheaper (£22 instead of £24), but every little helps…

I thought the away end at Stevenage holds 1400 and more tickets can be given to bigger away followings…. It’s a nothing game for Stevenage so there will be plenty of space in the home ends. Hoping they give us 1400 and we fill it!
I can't see us selling 1400 out so it should not matter. Hopefully we can get a good following though and get a result, it's do able if we play like the first sixty minutes yesterday and the first half on Saturday. Also please no more changes in formation stick to our best eleven and regular 3-5-2.

300 more tickets allocated to us. It’s going to be an interesting day isn’t it! Those 90 minutes are going to be painful.

The club say “just over 800” more tickets allocated. On top of the 500 already sold that means we have presumably been given the whole end of 1390.
If they sell out Stevenage can also make a further 610 seats available for away fans in the main stand taking the total allocation up to 2000.

I could see us getting close to the 1390 if it wasn't in such a God forsaken placeJerry St Clair wrote: ↑24 Apr 2024, 14:47 The club say “just over 800” more tickets allocated. On top of the 500 already sold that means we have presumably been given the whole end of 1390.

Perception might be worse than reality. 2 hrs 20 via the A40, so roughly the same as Exeter.Ihearye wrote: ↑24 Apr 2024, 14:56I could see us getting close to the 1390 if it wasn't in such a God forsaken placeJerry St Clair wrote: ↑24 Apr 2024, 14:47 The club say “just over 800” more tickets allocated. True but we all know the reality of travelling down the A40 and getting passed OxfordJerry St Clair wrote: ↑24 Apr 2024, 16:09Perception might be worse than reality. Surely everyone knows someone with a car?! Remember Rushden…. not sure that is reachable by train but the Robins fans were queueing round the block….Ihearye wrote: ↑24 Apr 2024, 14:56I could see us getting close to the 1390 if it wasn't in such a God forsaken placeJerry St Clair wrote: ↑24 Apr 2024, 14:47 The club say “just over 800” more tickets allocated. There’ll be no traffic at 10am. I think I was ticket number 722 earlier so looks like they are selling well!Ihearye wrote: ↑24 Apr 2024, 16:35True but we all know the reality of travelling down the A40 and getting passed OxfordJerry St Clair wrote: ↑24 Apr 2024, 16:09Perception might be worse than reality. 2 hrs 20 via the A40, so roughly the same as Exeter.
Am sure it will be a reasonable turn out. As above I am breaking the trip by visiting Bletchley Park on the Friday then toodle on to Stevenage on Saturday morning.robinsrule wrote: ↑24 Apr 2024, 16:39Surely everyone knows someone with a car?! How the hell can people use ‘traffic’s a bit busy down that way’ as a “reason” not to attend is beyond me. No dig at anyone on here, heaven forbid.
I understand it’s an expensive business and not everyone has access to transport etc, but if you do, fill your motor and get theeself down there.

Merely pointing out to leave more time than you would expect, if going via OxfordBroadway Brian wrote: ↑24 Apr 2024, 16:56 How the hell can people use ‘traffic’s a bit busy down that way’ as a “reason” not to attend is beyond me. No dig at anyone on here, heaven forbid.

Out of interest, where are you hoping to park?Broadway Brian wrote: ↑24 Apr 2024, 16:56 How the hell can people use ‘traffic’s a bit busy down that way’ as a “reason” not to attend is beyond me. No dig at anyone on here, heaven forbid.

I haven’t considered parking yet but I am always happy to walk as far as necessary for a bit of exercise. I can’t imagine it’ll be a major issue with less than 5,000 in attendance. I did go to Stevenage many years ago, I think we beat them on penalties after a 0-0 draw (probably in the FA Trophy).

500 free parking spaces in Fairlands Car Park on Broadhall Way. Other large car parks available slightly further away. Parking should be the least of our problems.Ihearye wrote: ↑24 Apr 2024, 17:03Out of interest, where are you hoping to park?Broadway Brian wrote: ↑24 Apr 2024, 16:56 How the hell can people use ‘traffic’s a bit busy down that way’ as a “reason” not to attend is beyond me.
