Just overheard the coach driver moaning that the team stopped off at Crewe to train yesterday, the wrong side of Manchester, took another 4+ hours after that!

Hopefully it's out of the players legs...

4ft 5 Kinsella outjumps his man to win a header. Free kick to them. Nice one

Safe to say Carlisle are in real s#!t judging on that first half. We look so much hungrier than them. Need to put this to bed early in the second.

Big atmosphere change since the injury

Stubbs needs to come off before he's sent off

We made that far more tense than it needed to be but a win is a win. Very positive signs in the last few games

Fantastic result. Credit to all who told me to chill out when I suggested the manager might need to go.

Thought that Archer was impressive again today. Makes defenders look silly at times

Archer man of the match for me. Again. Attacking, defending, he's got it all and seems to be improving as he gets more game time.

Aswell as coming from non league and doing 90 mins each game. Better give him a longer contract before Peterborough come sniffing.

I think he means that if you sign enough players then the chance of one ot two of them being a success is higher.

Mad how 3 games can change things. I'm starting to feel a connection to this team and really like and rate some of the players. Archer, Thomas, Miller, Young and Sohna. Kinsella revitalised, big Tommy B at the back, a settled 11 taking shape, its something to get behind

Totally agree Jim. Also good to see the manager being a bit more active on the sidelines too. I know he has been trying to be more laid back but this more animated version a) seems to be helping the players on the pitch and b) endears him to us more.

Yep, I'm warming to Flynn more too. He's obviously going through something of a personal/professional revolution trying to better himself which should be commended.

Whether it was by design he's found a way of playing now that works for this squad and hopefully he can build on it. The squads feels a bit uneven (do we need 5 strikers if we're going to play with 1 and wide forwards/wingers?), so there might be a bit of surgery needed in Jan to give more balance. Taylor out and a new winger maybe.

Having said that one of our most exciting players is yet to return from injury who could give this team a real boost, and play as a winger if needed.

Miller has made such a difference so Bowman and Taylor out would make sense but I don't see who would take them especially Taylor who I think is fairly local and another 18 months on his contract

Taylor may just want to play. A move to a non league side might be attractive even if it's on a free and at lower wages.
Then again, he may stay to compete for his place.
