Re: TONIGHT: 2023/24 Club Annual Shareholders Meeting and Fans’ Forum
Also in events hosted by the club that include the chairman, board members and the first team manager can they not do any better than having them sat behind a sad looking table, where's the marketing hoardings that display the club crest (that cover the whole table), various sponsors of the club, w...

Re: TONIGHT: 2023/24 Club Annual Shareholders Meeting and Fans’ Forum
DC will be gone by May simply because there is no plan. I see both sides. Supporters want to see the club spend but the club doesn't have the money and will not spend money they don't have (and rightly so). Bloxham is a good bloke with best intentions and although he came up short of answers last ni...

Re: Cheltenham Town v Bristol Rovers
How have they been undermined by the board? I agree with everything else you say, especially confidence being a fragile thing. We had an up and at 'em mentality for a few months and I remember saying after we beat Oxford that every game has to be a battle for us. It's up to other teams to match us ...

Re: Cheltenham Town v Bristol Rovers
Why has the form, confidence and everything else drained away from what DC had to what he doesn't have now? Granted we havent ever been on fire this season but we have looked a threat, scored a few goals and won a few games under DC. Now I think if we played anyone we would lose. What has gone so ba...

Pathetic.
Absolutely no goal threat what so ever. No surprise after selling the goal scorers.
Accept relegation and rebuild a competitive squad again after a mass clearout in May

Re: Fleetwood Town v Cheltenham Town
Great win particularly with results elsewhere.
Hopefully it will give Keena some good confidence to kick on now and bag a few goals which will keep us up. Its still very much in our hands with the games in hand over some but we must win.

Not sure I would ever want to see the day the trust own the majority of the club. Being third largest shareholder should be enough we need benefactors like Keswick and Jennings for their financial support because the trust cannot provide that level of help. I am the same Robin. I do not see how the...

Re: Robins Report Podcast
If Lloyd is off it surely raises the question of whether it‘s worth persevering with young players if they‘re not immediately ready to make the step up. The club have invested years in Lloyd‘s development with little in the way of return until this season (excluding goals) and then he‘s apparently ...

Re: Robins Report Podcast
Not listened to the POD but if you are saying George Lloyd is off then good riddance. His goal scoring record is absolutely abysmal for a striker. The club have persevered and persevered with him and he simply hasn't lived up to expectation.

Re: David Bloxham interview
The Einstein's are of course correct. It is wrong yo even have the opinion that it may be more cost effective to install a 4g pitch than spend it on Whaddon Road. Call the thought police To be fair - my comment was aimed at Horteng's dig at the club for having a negative mindset. Yet another shout ...

Re: Stevenage away last day
No surprise I suppose, but this is a massive pain in the ass for me. I think we would of all took a point at 3pm however its disappointing not to convert some of the chances created.
Its another point on the board but we need to win a few now.

Re: Matty Taylor confirmed
Meanwhile Taylor's replacement Doidge is banging them in for FGR. Not bad business eh? You mean the 3 goals in 9 games compared to MT’s 4 in 8, the latter being in the league above? Great business. Bear in mind if you’re saying we should have signed CD, who’s to say he’d even be interested? He may ...

Re: Oxford United v Cheltenham Town
He remembered Nuttall from being at Blackburn. Given Nuttall got promoted with them and then played in the Championship with them, one assumes that he thought that he clearly had something and it was a case of finding it again. More than 40 games at League 1 level, and 15 in the Championship doesn'...
