Yes it was!
The 3-4 v Exeter saw Dan Holman probably score his last goal for us, early in 2017/18 season.

Re: Racing or Wimbledon

We were at home on 14th December against Morecambe when there was racing on. The November meeting has for many years been the second biggest meet of the year, after the Gold Cup. The December meeting is a much smaller event, hence the reason we played at home that day, and probably will continue to...

Re: Referee for Salford

Anthony Backhouse has had an interesting week. He travels to Whaddon Road fresh from achieving national fame by awarding Sunderland two, controversial, late penalties at Burnley, both of which were saved by James Trafford. I wonder if the furore surrounding that may play on his mind a bit? Is a tri...

Why don't we get rid of flipping Kinsella and Young too.

Maybe MF thinking of playing Williams and Bradbury in the middle.

Let hope MF has a star midfielder enroute

Not technically a former player as he’s still contracted to us but Tom Pett is in the starting line up for Oldham v York City tonight, along with Charlie Raglan.

Agree there were too many changes and Flynn should have taken a couple off at half time as it clearly wasn’t working. I, like most supporters, we’re hoping we’d have a decent second half of the season and a push for the play off places, but based on the last couple of performances we look more like ...

Josh Williams set to sign on a permanent deal with Carlisle. I’d forgotten him sorry to say. He’s been on loan at Gateshead this season but I thought he’d been released by Birmingham last summer? The lack of crowd noise being picked up and the racket from one bloke who seemed to be, deliberately or not, placed near a microphone made it a hard match to view. Just hope Darragh Power the new RB fits straight in, he did well to get that tackle in with his first touch.
