Re: Stevenage v Cheltenham Town
Was pleasantly surprised with Pardington in the most high pressure game of the season. Kicking was good, made a couple of decent saves, nearly saved the penalty. Thought their second was an own goal although need to see it again so not a lot he could do Should he be considered for no.1 next season ...

I would've thought so too, they certainly did at Derby this seasonBroadway Brian wrote: ↑26 Apr 2024, 06:08 Surely they’ll have to impose sticking to seat number. It’ll be chaos otherwise.

after his scoring celebration, he can go and feck himself and I wouldn't be hanging my head in shame Booked tonight for "Excessive celebration" FFS! Tbh I have no problem with May celebrating a goal against us - we don't pay his wages and Charlton do - and it's better than the "perfo...

Re: Charlton.
If one of our greatest ever players gets anything less than a decent reception, the fans of this club should hang their heads in shame. He's bound to score... after his scoring celebration, he can go and feck himself and I wouldn't be hanging my head in shame Booked tonight for "Excessive cele...

Re: Cheltenham Town v Burton Albion
Looked a cast iron penalty for a trip on Lloyd. Not sure what the ref saw to decide it wasn't. Definite penalty, and the away fans have the cheek to feel hard done by with a correct booking No. Just watched the replay several times. Lloyd fell in the box after a push (with a left elbow) by the Burt...

Re: Bolton Wanderers v Cheltenham Town
Hi all, Bolton fan here. Must say your fans that were at the game were class acts. New found respect for Cheltenham, really hope something can be sorted for when the game does get played in terms of transport for the fans etc. Must also say for the 25+ minutes the game was being played you were bri...

Re: Rumour Mill
Fair points Si, Oldham from Stoke is almost half the distance at 55 miles rather than 88 miles from here, that would be a big factor in itself. Will be interesting to see if we were ever in for him though. The distance shouldn't be a deciding factor in this case in this case, it's a much easier tri...

Re: getting hacked off
given the relative stature and history of clubs like Portsmouth, Derby, Bolton, Charlton and to a lesser extent, Reading, they shouldn't be dropping points to the likes of Cheltenham. But, ha ha, they are....and that's the beauty of a meritocratic league system.. Long may it continue. Roll on Bolto...

Re: Catchment Area for CTFC
Seats sell out a lot. Not many are going to trek in from Evesham or Malvern to stand given how poor an experience it is. I trek from Cricklade to stand Why is it a poor experience in your eyes, be positive what could the club do to improve it? I have been to Lincoln and Cambridge in the last few se...

Re: Charlie Raglan
Good honest interview including a reminder that players are human too and can have off field issues to attend to which can impact on performance levels on field. Absolutely, i sometimes cringe when I see what people post about players who are only human. Bumped into Charlie at the food festival a f...

At first I thought it wasn't him.
But after playing it again a couple of times, taking my glasses off and squinting really hard, it's still clearly not him

Re: Cheltenham Town v Forest Green Rovers
The he most impressive thing for me was how up for it we were. To a man. Great to see and the quality then shone through. Kudos to Lewis Freestone for fully embracing the derby spirit and sticking it repeatedly to O’Keefe. Loved that so much. I celebrated his shithouse clearance over the police box...
