Re: Doncaster Rovers v Cheltenham Town
It's very, very, hard and I know I couldn't do it, therefore I wouldn't criticise anyone who does put their head above the parapet. Perhaps there could be a special prize for anyone who moans about the commentary to have a go, themselves...?

55mph? Ha! I laugh at your light breeze and raise you the 73mph we have in Dingle, Co Kerry, right now. Tomorrow's wedding is going to be interesting - I hope the bride has some decent bulldog clips to hold her veil in place...

Wasn't it Alec Stewart who, as England's cricket captain, managed to lose ten tosses in a row? He got so fed up with it, he ended up sending, I think, Graham Thorpe out to do it, instead!

A Facebook comment mentioned they were also impressed by Flynn and that he was much more engaged than the clearly-disinterested DC at the last forum.

I'm sure PB said many years ago that they looked into purchasing the freehold from the Council but it either wasn't cost-effective or the Council turned them down, flat. Maybe things have changed since then - but it was certainly on their wish-list in the past.

Well, I'd like another vote on the merits of leaving the EU after the Leave campaign lied about the benefits and how easy it would be - but that ain't gonna happen, neither. For what it's worth, i think the current government's only endearing feature so far is that they're not the previous governmen...

Payne's gonna have a long night against Patrick... I said exactly the same. He turned Payne inside out about 3 times in the first 15 minutes. And then completely disappeared for the rest of the game. He was hooked halfway through the second half, I think? Talking of Payne, I think the BBC text comm...

I'm not sure this is "a shambles"... The sponsoring business has re-branded and wishes to have its new brand reflected in the sponsorship. Nothing at all to do with how tin-pot or otherwise the competition might be. Different matter if the sponsor had been removed for some reason and a new...

Home v Hartlepool in the playoff semi, second leg. I don't think I've ever felt so emotionally exhausted at the end of a match after that penalty shoot-out.

My arse, it was...it was a complete miskick that somehow span in! We'll take 'em all, though!
