I'd be fine if I could just get rid of this damned cough...on antibiotics for a chest infection, now. Missus finally tested negative, but has been 'well' for a few days. The last time we had it, she recovered quicker than me, too.
And some idiots still think Covid is a myth.

Well, I won't be taking my place in The Paddock, today... Almost two weeks on from testing positive for Covid, and I'm still not fit to stand for 2 hours without coughing up my guts over everyone else.

What? We so 'dearly need' a new stand? You might well be alone in thinking the existing main stand is fit for purpose - even amongst the board. I would respectfully suggest you stop "chatting sh1t" - but, better still, why not let another poster express their views without verbally abusin...

Lloyd (apparently) and, imho, Freestone. Both assets we could get money for.
I assume both those are contracted for next year? Not checked.

I must've missed the street parties. We commented on here - maybe five posts related to their relegation? - but I think we're too engrossed in our own problems to worry too much about their's.

Angela van den Bogerd next week! That one will be fun if the portrayal of her role in the dramatisation is anything close to reality.

Meanwhile, Mr Williams' face has adopted an expression of permanent confusion as if he doesn't really understand why he has been asked to appear nor why ...

Re: Deciding games
Put it this way: in a fight against relegation, would you rather have our run-in of 3 games or Burton's 2 games? I agree, I can't see them getting more than 1 point - but my point is, they *could* and it's far more likely than Vale winning both theirs - let alone us winning all three.

Re: Deciding games
Problem is, Burton could potentially get 6 points. Realistically, our best chance for a win is probably this weekend - it's hard to see us getting many more than 3 points from our last games, which are definitely the toughest of the set. We could easily get less than 3 points - and that leaves us ho...

My one bad sporting injury was a torn shoulder muscle: it stops you doing everything cos so many muscles appear to be connected... After doing that, I bent over the sink brushing my teeth and nearly collapsed on the floor.

Lloyd is the ideal second striker in a team that plays an energetic high press - a tactic which I would love for us to play. Obviously, Lloyd aside, we don't have the personnel to play that way.

I was ill (covid, if the result of the test kit that was beyond its expiration date is to be believed) so couldn't attend. So, objectively, why did we lose today? 1. We gave the Gas a handful of extra tickets. 2. The referee was corrupt. 3. The referee's grandfather used to fly a Bristol Beaufort du...

Just play Ken Dodd's 'Happiness' at the end - it's the only thing on a matchday play-list that I'm interested in.

Let's face it, WR is a bit of a library 90% of the time, with the bulk of the noise being made by the visitors.
